There was that half-human half-Eldar Ultramarines guy in Rogue Trader but that was retconned so I'm pretty sure Eldar and humans are also incompatible. Keep in mind these are alien races we're talking about, breeding different creatures from the other side of the galaxy should be even more unlikely than breeding different creatures from the.

Wasn't tigurius of the ultra's listed as being half eldar in like early second/late RT?
